Babel workshops are led by Charlotte Beckett, an award-winning women’s health advocate with a strong track record in health education, workplace wellbeing, and legal compliance.

A trained non-practising solicitor, Charlotte ensures every session is grounded in a clear understanding of employer responsibilities, legal frameworks, and practical steps to support women’s health at work.

She is the recipient of the 2024 UnLtd award for social entrepreneurs and spent six years in the US and India with Barakat Bundle, a public health NGO recognised by Harvard Innovation Lab, Johnson & Johnson, and Harvard Women in Business. There, she helped design culturally-sensitive health education tools for expectant mothers across South Asia.

Her focus at Babel is making reproductive health education in the workplace clear, accessible, and empowering — for both employees and employers.
